To make the look complete, I would advise you, to lose the blazer as soon as you reach your cubical, roll off your sleeves, but keep the tie & grab a aluminum cup of coffee with a straw. Then you are ready for a day of gossiping and pretending to be busy. If you feel really hardcore, put on a short sleeved shirt!
